工作原理及構(gòu)造：
1. 污泥在進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓濃縮帶式脫水一體化設(shè)備之前，通過(guò)絮凝劑制備投加系統(tǒng)將高分子絮凝劑打入混合反應(yīng)槽中。
2．在混合反應(yīng)槽中，污泥與高分子絮凝劑經(jīng)攪拌充分混合，污泥由微細(xì)顆粒迅速凝聚成大顆粒，并形成網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的大團(tuán)絮凝體，然后進(jìn)入緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)的預(yù)脫水轉(zhuǎn)鼓中。在污泥被特殊裝置運(yùn)輸?shù)睫D(zhuǎn)鼓末端的過(guò)程中，大部分游離水通過(guò)濾布得以釋放，達(dá)到濃縮效果，出水由過(guò)濾槽收集而與固體污泥分離。
3．經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)脫水的污泥由斜板滑到帶式壓濾機(jī)的上部濾帶上，然后傳輸?shù)较虏繛V帶。在上、下濾帶之間，由于逐步增壓和剪切力的作用使污泥進(jìn)一步脫水后排出。
4. 污泥的產(chǎn)量和干度可由無(wú)極變速裝置控制，清洗水用量可由液位控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)。
Working principles and the structure :
